When you have experienced domestic or narcissistic abuse, the world can feel like an uncertain, fragile place. Often, the loudest voice in your head isn't even your own—it’s the echoing criticism or control of someone else. If you feel silenced, exhausted, or like you’ve lost the "old you" to a cycle of confusion and anxiety, I want you to know: You are not alone, and it was not your fault. I help women rebuild their confidence, find their voice and begin to feel like themselves again. Whilst I work with a wide range of general mental health concerns—including anxiety and depression—my heart lies in supporting survivors of domestic and narcissistic abuse.
Recovering from a toxic relationship involves untangling gaslighting and rebuilding a shattered sense of self-worth. Because I work integratively, we can move at your pace—focusing on safety and stabilisation when things feel overwhelming, and moving toward deeper processing when you feel strong enough. Together, we work on:
Support for Anxiety, Depression, and Everyday Hurdles
Life often brings a heavy load that isn't tied to a specific person. I also work extensively with clients facing the weight of general anxiety and depression.
I also support women experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, stress and major life changes.
In our sessions, you aren't just a "client". You are a person with a story that deserves to be heard. My goal is to provide a "soft landing"—a place where you can drop the mask of "being okay" and finally breathe.
We won’t just talk about the past; we will equip you with practical tools to manage your nervous system, quiet your anxiety, and rediscover your joy. Whether you are currently in a difficult situation, have recently left one, or are simply struggling with the shadows of anxiety, I am here to walk beside you.
I’m not a formal, clinical or intimidating therapist. I’m warm, approachable and honest, and I want you to feel comfortable being yourself in our sessions.
Taking the first step toward counselling is often the hardest part. I invite you to reach out for an initial chat. Let’s explore how an integrative approach can help you feel safe, strong, and truly yourself again.
Taking the first step can feel daunting. If you're considering counselling, get in touch and we can arrange an initial conversation to see whether working together feels right for you.
I work as an Integrative therapist, which means I don’t believe in a "one size fits all" model for healing. Human experiences, especially those involving trauma and abuse, are layered and complex. An integrative approach allows me to draw from different psychological theories and techniques to create a therapy plan that is uniquely tailored to you.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT I DO NOT WORK WITH CHILDREN OR COUPLES
