Finding a supervisor that is right for you is extremely important. It will be someone who you feel comfortable with, someone who supports you, encourages you and helps you develop as a therapist.
During our time together I will support you with your client work whilst helping you to develop as a counsellor. I offer a warm and safe place for all and my relaxed but professional approach offers you a calm and non-judgmental space, offering a collaborative time to reflect on your work whilst exploring emotional responses and developing confidence and clarity. I bring my authentic self and ask you to do the same.
Your goals, CPD and vocation are important to me and your work and values will be the forefront of your development.
I am a supervisor, registered with the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society. Along with my additional qualifications in online and telephone working I have specialist training in supervision, working remotely. I am therefore able to provide you with supervision to meet your needs in line with NCPS recommendations.
I am experienced in working with individual adults. I am an Integrative Therapist with a special interest in working with victims/survivors of domestic abuse and sexual assault.
My supervision approach is based on the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision and is informed by the Integrative Developmental Model.
PLEASE NOTE THAT I DO NOT WORK WITH CHILDREN OR COUPLES
If you feel that I may be the right supervisor for you, then we can arrange an informal chat to discuss your needs as well as the way I work.
