I am an accredited counsellor and supervisor with National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society. Along with my additional qualifications in online and telephone working I have specialist training in supervision of working with clients and supervisees remotely. I am therefore able to provide you with supervision to meet your needs in line with NCPS recommendations.
I am experienced in working with individual adults. I am an Integrative Therapist with a special interest in working with victims/survivors of domestic abuse.
My supervision approach is based on the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision and is informed by the Integrative Developmental Model.
I offer a warm and safe place for all and my relaxed but professional approach offers you a calm and non-judgmental space.
Finding a supervisor that is right for you is extremely important. It will be someone who you feel comfortable with, someone who supports you, encourages you and helps you develop as a therapist.
During I time together I will support you with your client work whilst supporting you develop as a counsellor.
Your goals, CPD and vocation are important to me and your work and values will be the forefront of your development.
PLEASE NOTE THAT I DO NOT WORK WITH CHILDREN OR COUPLES
As an accredited member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society I work as an integrative therapist and supervisor and I work to the NCPS ethical framework, guidelines and recommendations.
If you feel that I may be the right supervisor for you, then we can arrange an informal chat to discuss your needs as well as the way I work.

When we attend group supervision, we learn not only from our own sharing of our client and professional practice and our supervisor’s expertise but also from the contributions that all the group members make too and their understanding. There is a wonderful richness to the amount of insight a group can bring to what you share in supervision. When our colleagues share their work, we learn not only from their experiences and the supervision they receive plus the insights from the group too.
As individuals within a group, there is a need to be open to working creatively and working flexibly. From addressing your client work in this way, we are able to explore the notion that there are always multiple meanings and a wealth of insight into what a supervisee brings to the group.
The group supervision will run on the first Sunday of the month at 10am. The session will be 1.5 hours and will include myself (supervisor) and up to 4 counsellors. Each counsellor will be given 20 minutes to discuss a client and receive thoughts and comments from the other counsellors. This will be a strict time boundary to allow all counsellors to have their time. There will be a check in at the beginning and a checkout at the end.
Attending counsellors are asked to be respectful, polite and ensure that they are in a safe and private space as they join the zoom call.
